Always so nice and friendly. Booked my service, got a notification of confirmation then a reminder the day before. My van was left and serviced. Recieved a call for pick up and got it back clean and hoovered. Keep up the great work

We were made very relaxed & welcome with no pressure on purchasing. We were able to take any car we wanted on a test drive & the sales staff kept asking if we were happy & comfortable with each car. Picked up my new car this week, I bought it from jack and it was the easiest and smoothest purchase I’ve ever had at a main dealership.He was nothing but helpful from day one an absolute pleasure to deal with any questions I had were answered and I never felt obligated to buy the car after going out just to look at it. Jack and Martin went out of their way to get the exact car I wanted and constantly kept me in the loop with updates. My new car developed a fault out of the blue. I had difficulty contacting John Kelly. I must point out it was not through there fault I had a problem contacting them. It was a Saturday morning. To cut long story short. I have to say the customer service from opel breakdown and in particular Kelly’s was top notch. I met Martin on Monday morning.I explained everything to him. Met Derek in parts department. My whole problem was sorted immediately. Part was ordered. I was given top notch replacement car . All expenses incurred were paid. The following morning I received my car back in brand new condition. Valet and cleaned. Customer service was excellent. Thanks to all.

Absolutely excellent service and lovely staff.Whenever I went into the showroom all the staff were welcoming. I had a issue with the car within the first couple of weeks and they were very helpful and I was back on the road in no time at all.
